Matt Ewert has always taken good care of me. The only times I haven’t been able to let him service my
vehicle is because of his booked solid schedule. However this is understandable because you start and finish the process feeling secure and confident that Matt and his team are going to do the job efficiently with integrity and transparency. I highly recommend them to people that ask where they should go to get work done on their vehicles.

I don't do reviews, but NTK was so good here I am.
Let me be clear, I've written 2 reviews in my 35 years in PA and frankly they just aren't my thing. B
ut when you get service, workmanship, and a passion for trucks this profound you write the dang review. I pull up early on a thurs and Nick and his partner are working hard, asks me how they can help in the yard and then sends me in to set up the appointment with Tina. By Thursday evening they had ordered the big brake kit and installed it on my excursion and had me back on the road.
That's not even the kicker, NTK caught little things that my last diesel tech missed and fixed them as well without even mentioning it (swapped reverse light bulb, checked all fluids and gave me a trans report, caught the leaking middle runner light being out and the seal going). They don't just fix your rig, they make sure it's as good as their own and you can drive cross country without blinking (shared my dream of taking the family to Yellowstone and Nick seemed just as excited as I am). This kind of family run local business deserves to be around for generations and I'm just hopeful that my kids not only inherit one heck of a truck but they get to inherit NTKs quality and service too because I'm not going to any other diesel shops after this. Wow. Can't wait to head back in to plan future upgrades.

eed expectations every time. I am a very picky customer. I bring all of my problems and troubles to their team and have never been told no. One time my car broke down almost a block from the shop. Three technicians ran to my aide and PUSHED my car to the shop. I am a BC resident, however, even when I lived in Henderson and even Las Vegas for a time, I still would only trust my car care to DB/Court's.
