Excellent Service
Dropped off my car at 7:30am and they got me a ride to my job. By the end of my shift, I picked my car back up and service was done. Great communication between the staff and they are reliable!

Wheel Alignment on my BMW 528 is Awesome
Thanks guys! Wheel is actually straight. At first I did not think so but it is. I wish someone would have told me my service due light was on though!!! Anyway I can bring it back.

Trust and Safety
As always, this visit, and all visits ever since 2006 when I first found Carmine's, is professional, complete, done by skilled mechanics, and is 'over and above' expectations. They return a clean car with their complimentary service of pickup and delivery. I do not even have to leave my house! They also are good about letting me know if a particular service I asked for this visit can be put off until the next oil change without harm. (Important for me on a fixed income and budget.) And Carmine loves cars, even if they are not fancy European models (i.e. my Nissan Rogue). This is the first time since I began taking care of my own cars (since age 20) that I feel that the mechanics will keep me safely on the road and not stalled out away from home, possible at night. This is most important to me at age 74. milka / loving life and loving Carmine C.

Great team. Great service.
I only want Carmines working on my car. They have kept my Land Rover in perfect condition. Communication is great. Stuart is a huge asset to Carmines. He is knowledgeable and great at all aspects of the business!

Innovative and Professional
This place is a real GEM! They are professional, reliable and honest. I had a car serviced with them and i felt informed from start to finish. They were very professional and used several different innovative ways to explain the repairs they would complete and also displayed this in a video form so i would be able to see what is broken and how it would be fixed. This made me feel comfortable and helped me remained informed

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable
Carmine's helped me with several issues on a car that had been in storage for some time. I worked with both Dillon and Stuart and they explained all that they were doing, were in regular contact with me as I'm out-of-state and kindly kept the car inside until I could fly back and pick it up. The repairs were pricey, but for an older make that is no longer manufactured, not unexpected due to parts cost. They secured advance approval for all work done and I am very happy with my results. I just hate that I no longer live in the area to utilize their services on all of my vehicles.

Professional and Customer Caring
Stuart and all of the staff at Carmine's Import was very friendly, professional and very detailed about their work. I took my car in for some repair work and not really knowing what all I needed to be repaired. Stuart greeted me when I went in for service and he was my go-to person throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in detail on what repairs was needed and the cost. I really liked the care that is shown to the customers and the quality work that is done to make customers happy ; )
