Good pricing and Clean car
I got a good number of repairs done on my car just recently. The needed repairs were presented on a easy to understand work order. When I received my car back the interior was also seemingly vacuumed! Also as a AAA member there was a nice discount. Car was repaired in a timely manor as well.

Friendly staff- very competent mechanics
Friendly staff at both locations. The work, not always done in a timely fashion, is done well. Frequently the staff neglect to replace items left in the vehicle (e.g. car jack) necessitating a return visit to retrieve such.

Didn't tell customer that they were closing early.
Dropped car off on Christmas Eve for tire changeover. Didn't tell me that they were closing early nor did I receive call or email that the car was done. Anyway they also forgot to deduct for the AAA discount.

Reasonably priced but unreliable timing
Prices are reasonable and there is a 10% discount on labor for AAA members. However, they are not always great about the timing of getting the car back to you. For example, my appointment was to bring the car in and it would be due back to me by end of day. I admittedly brought the car in at 8:40am or so instead of the prior night because I ended up needing the car the prior evening. However, I didn't get a quote until 5pm. They had called around noon to let me know the rear brakes needed repair but that they would check the front brakes as well just in case and send me back a quote. The rear brake repair and right front control arm repair ended up taking until shortly before noon the next day so it was good I was able to borrow another car that evening for my commitments.

Great Service
These folx were kind and helpful. They also earned my trust by actually looking into the issue with my HID headlights, rather than just tell me I needed a full replacement without even looking. They took care of me for about 20% what I'd been quoted by another shop and everything is great now. I'm so happy. After a change in ownership at what had been my regular garage, A-Z has earned my business and this review.

Got Scammed
Went in and asked for my parking light and tire sensor to be checked as they were not functioning. Returned and was charged $150 for a multi-point inspection of my vehicle, which was not authorized by me nor previously discussed when I dropped off the vehicle. I was then told my blinker was no longer working (which was working when I dropped it off) and would need to pay $75 to have that fixed. Left $150 poorer, with nothing fixed on my car, and now a non-functioning blinker. Took my car to another shop that indicated my blinker wires were swapped, leaving me to believe that the shop inspected my blinker and re-wired it incorrectly and was trying to charge me extra (on top of the $150 in un-authorized services). The other shop only charged my $25 to fix their mistake.
