Kinda disappointing
I sent a FB message this morning. I am still upset at the happenings yesterday 3/19/25. 2nd time service I did NOT ask for, nor was asked to approve, was done on my Durango. I am confused on why a business I trusted would try to upsell me, when I am already giving them my business. I am not mad, just really disappointed.

These guys are super great!
I can't say enough about these guys! Within walking distance from work, they always accommodate me no matter what the situation. I trust them, they are averagely priced and close to home.
Plus, the puppy. The men always wait patiently until I'm finished petting the puppy, no matter how long I take! 😁

A sincere apology and excellent response
I owe this business a sincere apology. This business has given me prompt appointments and been nothing but kind to me. They are friends of my family and my mother holds them in high regard. They have a kind staff which includes a sweet dog who loves your stress away. There are recent events in my life which have caused me to project and post a review which at its core was wrong. These workers are NOT racist, sexist, or extremist and for me to insinuate otherwise speaks more to my character than their own. The owners called me and offered a sincere apology and said they will be taking strides to better their customer experience. It is one thing to offer an apology, but another to truly mean it. I am the one who owes them an apology and it is me who needs to learn to speak and react with more humanity. Thank you Accelerators for all that you have done for my family and I over the years. Please know that I am taking this opportunity to grow and learn to take a step back and breathe before reacting. You have an excellent business with a top notch staff and my family is grateful for you.

Sexist, extremist conservative, and racist comments
Let me start this by saying accelerators does solid work at a decent price. My biggest issues stem from what I have heard from the front counter workers. Each time I have come in there have been comments which are sexist, racist and extremist. Newsmax is constantly playing and it seems some of the more insane wordings have made their way to the workers’ vocabulary. I am not a democrat, but acknowledge stupidity when I hear it. Keep your attention to what you know, cars. You all clearly don’t know how to speak as humans.
