Hello Mr. Bell, that is upsetting, but you brought your car in with the window stuck down in the door, still in the track. The technician removed your door panel to test power and ground to the motor. We replaced your faulty window switch and we neither touched the window/glass nor removed it from the track. When the window came up, there was a chip/crack in it, which was told to you by our service manager over the phone. I would be upset too, but as I mentioned we did not need to touch your glass or see it prior to fixing the switch. Have a great day!
