Incompetency
The service department manager claimed that my husband and I said to just start the car to hear the engine knocking, so it was never test driven. We were told that they could not fix it because they could not hear it. Expert mechanics would know to take a test drive to hear an engine knocking.

TPMS appeared on my dash. had no idea. Got the book out and go to the dealer. My tires somewhere was the issue. They got me an appointment corrected the sensor. Well again the TPMS appeared, back to Auto Land another tire and sensor. Corrected the problem. I have to say please go to Service Department, Rick and associates Auto Land of Uniontown, and tell them that Carol sent you and I am sure they will give you the best service always.
