Finding what the dealer could not
Had taken my vehicle to the dealer multiple times for them to tell me it was fixed and then have the same problem . Brought it to auto tech and they found the problem . They were super efficient and courteous through the whole process

Needed to address noisy belts
Dropped off my car on short notice to have them check out sqealing belts that were causing me some concern, as they had just been replaced at the most recent service (at Auto Tech) in October and only had a couple thousand miles on them. Turns out that my 2007 Kia Rio does not have automatic belt tensioners so after a period of time they needed to be re-tensioned by hand. They worked me in and Robert gave me a ride to work and they didn’t charge me for the adjustment either! You can’t beat that service! It’s right in the name! The folks there are very friendly and they make it a pleasure to do business with them. I’ll never go elsewhere.

Maintenance
When I ever have a issue Auto Tech is my go to. Had to take my car in for some issues with my engine. Upon inspection several serious issues where found. They called and explained and gave the cost. I wasn't sure was what to do because the service wasn't guaranteed to solve the problem. The next day I got a call from Ed explained that he didn't feel comfortable taking my money for a job he couldn't guarantee. That's why I love this place so much. Majority of other places would of probably been dishonest and then I would of been in to deep if the service didn't fix the issues I was having. For that I will always come back and will continue to give them my business. Thanks!

Great service
I have not had a need, since moving to KY. , for any major auto service until Dec. When I heard that loud noise I need otherwise.
I had no mechanic but had heard of Auto Tech, in the same parking lot with the Legend’s Stadium, on the Larry Glover program WVLK so I thought that I would give them a call.

Very nice and did great work.
They tested my battery, starter and alternator and determined I needed a new battery. They took care of everything and we're very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle.
