made car look worse
did a great job in repairing the window regulator. silver and other colored overspray all over my car, dent-scrap in left side of rear bumper, was not informed of anything on the repair. cleaned interior but did not get all the dust off the door they had fixed and repainted which paint does not match the rest of the car. extremely disappointed. This place was recommended by my insurance.

Andrew said this business did extremely good work. Everything from receiving the vehicle, repairing it and explaining what was done, to getting it back to him was really good. They were really on top of everything. They have a really good process they go through. They handled the situation so that there was a lot less stress on him after just being in an accident. They just made everything really easy and convenient.

Leah said they did a pretty good job and the customer service was friendly. She said the vehicle was ready when promised, but she had to pick it up the next day because they either had the wrong number or they tried to call her and she did not receive the call. She said she did not hear from them.
