Professional Service
I would like to thank BME for two things—what they did and did not do. They did a professional job! I showed up after 9 A.M. from Wahiawa because of freeway traffic clog. They immediately did the mileage service and drained/replaced the brake fluid at a very reasonable price and they were finished before lunch at 11:30! So I missed my appointment time and still left early.
What they didn’t do was great and HONEST 😁. I had changed the oil at a luxury dealership nearer home which had told me that I had an oil leak and needed new brake pads. But BME did not try to upsell these unnecessary services! When I was paying they didn’t say anything, So I asked them and they said there was nothing wrong! So they saved me a ton of money! Honest company!!

Outstanding service!
It's been 150,000 miles since I had a cooling system problem. I figured it's better to be proactive than reactive when it comes to the cooling system. I also needed new differential bushings so I made an appointment to get everything done all at once. Replaced just about every rubber hose and plastic component in the cooling system along with belts, pulley, tensioners, radiator, water pump, thermostat, expansion tank and whatever else needed replacing when the manifold was removed. This was a very time/labor intensive service for my car that took almost two weeks to complete but the results and peace of mind were worth the wait. 324,000 miles on the odometer and ready for the next 100,000.

Great customer service
My first time taking my car in for oil change and diagnostic today. Lee was very friendly and was very good at breaking down and explaining what I needed to get fixed on my car. Overall I feel he was honest with me and would recommend anyone to take their car in Bavarian.

Good Customer Service
My experience with Bavarian Motor was pleasant. I understand that this is a quite busy place but the communication by Layden Paulino is very good. I would surely comeback to this place again for my car service.

Exceptional Service!!!
They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle on the same day. Communication was excellent, the service was professional, and the cost was much less than the dealership. I will definitely return to Bavarian Motor Experts for my future vehicle servicing needs!

diagnostic check
I have been a BME client for over ten years. I like the new email communications and availed myself of a free diagnostic offer — an incentive to check out that pesky light that’s been on. The team found a solvable issue and gave me honest feedback about what must be done and what could be done. It’s not cheap to drive a BMW but I trust BME to give me fair estimates and good advice for the long term.

Great Service
I went to this shop after looking for a reputedly good repair shop for my older BMW. Lee was very cordial and explained everything well. They are an honesty run repair shop and worth going to for your German car.

Great service
I called to see if there were any openings. The gentleman I spoke to said they could squeeze me in for an oil change if I got there by 11:00. The staff was very professional and informative, also very thorough. I would definitely come here again.
