Reliable!
I rely on BMUU a lot and only been disappointed 1 times since me and my mini S have became a part of their family..the mechanic didn't know his own strength and no problem since then.. my appts. are at the time needed or just convenient for my busy life. Bobbie Jo is great, friendly, caring, and make sure the customers are taken care of...thanks

My vehicle was taken on time and work completed in reasonable time frame. I will take my vehicle back to BMUU. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The fact that I saved money here versus the dealership will bring me back.

Regular Maintenance
It’s always good to know my vehicle is in good hands when I take it to BMUU. They never let me down. And it’s always makes me feel good to know that when I walk in I feel welcomed. Great experience so far
Had a good experience so far seem to be honest people I know a lot about BMWs and they're not aware of that and I'm not capable of working on my car anymore but they've done an excellent job on working on it and they seem to be very meticulous

Well I asked for a transmission fluid change and service they refused and told me a switch was bad that came to a huge amount of money.Asked to check the faulty I drive and was charged $125 for nothing
.no check engine lights were on 1 day after you guys did an oil and inspection...Service engine soon light is on...Will never bring my car back here again.charged $125 to look at a faulty I drive which took probably 2 minutes
