Dishonest
Test drove a vehicle that was advertised as having 27,000 miles. After test driving said vehicle, I concluded the amount of wear and tear was commensurate with closer to 127,000 miles. After running a CarFax report, I discovered the odometer reading was last recorded at well over 100,000 miles. Upon further inquiry, the dealer began to dodge my calls and has completely ignored me to date
Made an appointment for an oil change and had limited availability. They were able to fit me in at a time when I could still get in and make it to work on time. Kayla drove my car right in at 9,(the scheduled appt. time) and was done and ready to go in 30 minutes. I really appreciate Bonnette's efficiency and expertise.
Stephen said the business analyzed his vehicle when his lifters went out. It found he was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The staff members gave him this information and his service records, when they didn't really have to.
