I'm sorry you feel that you were overcharged.
I know customers sometimes feel the price a a battery install is a little expensive.
I have a sign in my office that states...
"I would rather explain the price thn apologize for the quality."

So here goes...
 When we install a battery, its a lot more than just bolting one in.
First we ran a battery load test, which the battery failed.
Then we check the charging system to make sure its operating properly.
Then we remove the battery, and clean the cables and the tray.  Lube the hold done bolt if needed.
Spray a battery terminal protectant on the battery terminals or cables. 
Then install the new battery, and makesure the hold done is secured properly.  Connect the cables.
Finally we finish the process by testing the charging system again to make sure its working properly.
All this is done and we charged 40 minutes.
