Dan said they are great people but they put a starter in his vehicle and it failed as he was going home. It probably was not their fault but he has to go back. He would recommend their business and he would go back to them for any service that he needs.

First Timer
I had my first experience with Brady’s yesterday. I’m always a bit nervous about trying a new auto repair shop, but you did an excellent job and I’ll be coming back for sure. The woman behind the counter was really nice to talk to, the service was great, and the price was fair.

My only complaint is that I had originally used the online form to get an appointment scheduled, and tried emailing, and never heard back.

Other than that, it was a very positive experience. Keep up the great work!

Knowledgeable, Honest, & Excellent Customer Service
I've had 3 separate visits [HVAC actuator/blender door, brakes & rotors, & oil change].
I was convinced the brakes and rotors visit was actually bearings. The appointment was all set for bearings, but Brady found it to just be a locked brake.
Brakes and rotors job ended up being half the price at the bearings would have been. Another place could have easily just did it anyway to make their money.
Unfortunately, it's not every day you find auto shops where moral integrity and skill are both present. :)
Brady has definitely earned my business and recommendation!
