Great place for your car servicing
Jake took great care of my vehicle, and he informed me of the status of my vehicle throughout the day. I recently switched all of my car care needs to Cambridge, and I haven’t regretted it one bit! They let you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle and what to do about it.

Problem children are a specialty.
Everyone who reads this needs to make Cambridge your one stop shop. Not because they are the best, they are, not because their reputation is superb, it is, not because they are professional and ethical, it goes without saying if you've ever listened to their show Saturdays on 1200 WOAI AM. No my reason is purely selfish.. I need them open on Saturdays! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Seriously, they are pros!

This place is a scam
I took my car in sept 212024 my check engine light was on they replaced a part check engine never went off they told me part was under life time warranty. On yesterday march 12 2025 had to yo to dealer cost 489 to replace part on Tuesday 03/19 spoke to teeey about it was told he would refund me for part called today was told owner said because I did not have bix from them boys refund. How could I have box if you did tve damn repair dumb people

Electrical issue
I went in for an electrical issue. They did not look at the electrical issue. They told me that I had an old leak. I needed a tune up. I needed to have breaks flash.I needed to have other ish, just other maintenance stuff done on my car. They told me that I needed to have my front gasket changed in a tune up. They charged me a $151. Didn't even look at my electrical issue. When I brought that to his attention, he's like. Oh, next time you come in, I won't charge you for that. I was very disappointed because I had them look at my car before they've done work on my car before I was very happy. That's why I went back there, but I'm very disappointed today I would like my money back. They wanted to charge me over nine hundred dollars to do this.

Honest and Upfront
I came to Cambridge after getting a diagnostic done at another location of needing to replace my catalytic converters. They did a very thorough check and DOUBLE check and told me they didn't see any issue with the catalytic converters. I greatly appreciated the thorough check and honest assessment. Saved me about 2k in repairs. Having several friends and family members encourage me to get a second opinion with Cambridge, I'm glad I did. They told me of some other repairs they found needed to be done, most of which I knew. I had them complete a much needed brake job, and their price was lower than 2 other places. Special shout-out to Terry who explained their recommendations clearly , listened to my concerns and didn't pressure me to get things that were not needed immediately done with them at the time. Thank you to everyone there!!!! I will be back for future repairs.

Cadillac running
Good communication very busy. Took my car their paid for repair of Cadillac. TJ and Anthony had issues with module comimuncatin to cfor a long time but found the problem fix and release it.
