I have used this business for service for many years. I would estimate 12 or 13 years. At first when I lived in Southlake Tahoe I would use the location up in Tahoe and I recall that Bryn the mechanic that helped me today was also the mechanic that was helping me back then. Clearly very experienced. Chris has helped me many times and Greg Zink. I’m probably misspelling. His name has helped me solve many tough problems, including custom problems on an Audi. I highly recommend them.

Repairs to Jaguar FPace
I have been having my FPace serviced and repaired by Carson Valley Imports for over 3 years. Most recently Greg and Briin worked on an oil leak I had. They are extremely thorough and professional and most importantly HONEST! I highly recommend them if you have an import that needs work. Lisa

Fantastic service!
We now have a foreign car which required service, and the previous owners had the vehicle serviced at CV Import Auto. We followed suit, and I am very glad we did. Scheduling was quick and easy, the car was efficiently serviced and returned, all three employees I met were friendly and professional.

The best advantage was that they had history on this vehicle, and were able to inform me of notes and maintenance that was still required. They detailed specific issues, and helped to prioritize them, all with sound explanation.

I do not have the time or knowledge to service this vehicle on my own, but I trust these folks with this automobile, and more importantly, that they are honest and sincere. That can be difficult to find.
