Only one to find my exhaust problem
I have taken my car to many places pertaining to my check engine light no one could find the problem. They were fast. I dropped my car off on Sunday and it was done on Monday. Great service. Highly recommend

Found my new service garage
Looking for a new service garage to avoid the extreme prices for service at the dealership. Ran across Charlie’s Garage online and read several of the reviews. Majority of reviews had same theme… fair, trustworthy, only did what was needed, didn’t try to sell additional service, great communication prior to any service done on vehicle. Sounded too good to be true right ? So being a local garage, I decided to give Charlie’s a try. Stopped in on Tues after work to inquire about getting my car in for service. Explained the “Check Engine” light was on and what car was doing. Also told them there was an exhaust leak. Was told they could take a look at car on Thursday. I dropped car off Weds nite. Charlie’s called me around 2:00 Thursday afternoon with what they found out was causing issues. Problems were, in fact, due to exhaust leak. I was given estimated total cost of repairs. I instructed them to proceed with repairs. Charlie’s told me parts were available and that they should have vehicle done sometime Friday afternoon. I also told Charlie’s that the vehicle could probably use a new set of spark plugs. Charlie’s told me “let’s fix the exhaust first and then see if spark plugs are needed. I then received a call from Charlie’s around 3:00 Friday afternoon informing me that the car was done and ready for pick-up. I was also told spark plugs were not needed at this time. I was blown away that they didn’t just go ahead and replace the plugs just for additional charges. What honesty !!! I picked up car late Friday afternoon. Car runs like/sounds like new.!!!!! What an amazing shop !!! THANK YOU CHARLIE’S GARAGE !!!
