I have some work done at another garage I wasn’t happy with it so I had him just to follow up to make sure they fix whatever was going on and I had my car back the next day🥰
George is the most honest person I’ve ever met. He and his employees do a great job than informative. They give you an estimate and they do a great job and you always know that when you go to them to even have your car evaluated or checked out that they bring the problem to you. They let you know exactly what they’re gonna do and how much is gonna cost she was never something does not read on the paper honest people are hard to find this thing and I think Charm City does a great job and I was recommended by my daughter and she takes. She faithfully takes her car to him and I and so do I. Check him out and Charm City auto you’ll never be sorry it’s the best choice you could ever make.

My car broke down and got towed in on a Wednesday evening and I picked it up Friday. service has a quick turnaround in my opinion and the guys were great and the price was pretty decent. I would definitely come back hopefully not anytime soon 😅 but if needed they have created a returning customer out of me.

190.00 to put on a battery cable that I told them I needed. Hard to believe.

You and Ms. Moss both told me that the truck's starter was faulty before it was towed in. We charged you $190.00 for diagnosis, parts, and labor. Some other shops would have charged you more unnecessary parts. I am sorry but let me know what can I do to make you happy. Thanks.

I went to this shop with my BMW and I’m glad I took the chance. They are very polite, friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job repairing all the problems that would’ve set me back in thousands of dollars if I took it to the dealership, George was kind and mindful. This is where I’ll be taking my car, moving forward! Great business and it’s really a one stop shop with all the services they provide!
