Our car sat there for 2 weeks and for any updates we had to call them, each time being told “we still don’t know, we’re going to drive it” and then the guy working on it was apparently out with the flu for a week and instead of being communicated with it sat there
Finally decide to pick it up since they weren’t giving us updates and of course then they say “oh it’s the sensor and it will be almost $1000 to fix” after being told when they tried to drive it that they saw no problems.
When we decline and pick it up they refused to give us the key and charged us $160 for a diagnostic they never told us was being serviced and they charges us DOUBLE the cost of the diagnostic because they can. Again, our car sat there and any updates was they would drive it some, that’s it. Do not bring your vehicle here. If you read a few other reviews here you’ll also see why
Thanks Complete Automotive, you guys were able to check up on the overall health of the vehicle prior to and after summer road trips and keep us running without any breakdowns on the road.
I have used complete automotive for years now and always trust them to good job at a fair price. I also appreciate that Travis takes the time to explain the work being done or that needs to be done.
This place is great because of the professional and awesome service they provide.
Their attitude towards your Customers is Excellent. They will get the job done right and done right. Overall the best shop I have been too. And continue to go too.
What you can expect from Complete Automotive: honesty, integrity, good communication, fair pricing, quality workmanship. They maintain all three of our vehicles. Wish they worked on motorcycles and RVs too! ??

What I was seeking
I just discovered Complete automotive. I have also had work done at the dealership, but my car (Kia Soul) is now out of warranty and the dealers told me it would be late in July before they could "squeeze me in." Complete Auto has good references so I decided to give them a try. They are very close to my home.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the needed repair in less than two days. The repair costs were fair. I had a call from the mechanic who took the time to explain to issues to me. I am very satisfied with this company. I have three cars off warranty and will continue to use this shop's services rather than the dealerships, which are more difficult and expensive.
Been having my vehicles serviced here for lots of years always fair and does a wonderful service job
Recommend him to any needing help with their vehicle
Very professional with a hint of family friendliness. Didnt try a take me for everything, like the place i went to b4. They listened to me about my problem and took care of it. They also asked to keep my truck an extra day just to make sure they fixed the problem. They have my business from now on.

Marisa said the staff was pretty quick in fixing her vehicle and it was a good service.
Great service. Normal maintenance oil change. Highly recommend their oil treatment additive MOA. Engine runs super great for high mileage and previous noisy engine.
The people there are pleasant, honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I can depend on expert work, good communication, and reasonable prices. I have depended on Complete Auto for over fifteen years and highly recommend them at every opportunity.
I got a tune up today the staff was friendly and helpful. They showed me the issues that needed to be addressed and gave me the cost before starting the work. Excellent service and work.
