Professional, courteous,knowledgeable
I had 3 estimates done for this project and we chose Custom Climates because they were the most informative and prepared company that walk through our door from the salesman to the installers and to closing out.

Fast and Friendly
Having 'No Heat 'is a 911 situation in winter and the people at Custom Climates responded quickly.They understood our plight and said they would be there the next day by mid-afternoon, but called to see if they could come early and arrived by 9:30 am. They diagnosed the problems, gave us an onsite estimate and explained our options. We decided not to fix the decades old unit and by 3 pm that same day we had a new wall furnace installed and operational!

Super heat and A/C
The owner was great and provided a few iterations of my system. The installers were dedicated and professional. They loved working at this company and it showed in their work. The Operation’s Manager provided information and assurance answering my questions with experience and insight! I recommend this company to anyone needing heating and/or A/C.
