being in the automotive service myself for 45 years it nice to find a shop that cares about the work they do and keeping the consumer happy, Oscar was great, we did brakes, new rear axles everything went as planned. great job thanks

Excellent Used Car Inspection
Very thorough. Detailed follow up report was texted to me. My daughter was the person who dropped off the car and she appreciated the respecful way DNA treated her. Worth the price ($192), and in this case I think helped us avoid purchasing a car that would’ve been a problem. I would use them again

Peggy stated the business always gives her information after the fact. When they call and say the vehicle is ready, she would appreciate it if they told her what was needed and discuss it with her before they do anything. They don't tell her what was done and they add additional items without telling her. They changed the battery and didn't change the clock after the work was done. It was done in the past but they have stopped doing that so everything is off. On one of the vehicles they missed a taillight and they were driving without a light. The people are nice but they need to give all the information at the same time and not wait until she goes to pick up to tell her what else is needed to be fixed. She would rather have all the work done at the same time and not have to make another trip to have more work done.

Great service amazing people I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
This place is by far one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever been to. They are nice, honest and trustworthy with my vehicles. The manager Marco is a straight shooter and tells you what needs to be done and what is recommended to be done in a timely manner. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else thank you DNA.
