Very bad customer Service the worst service dealership
I made an appointment a week before , then when I arrive at the service counter it was a line of cars even do I made the appointment well in advance . Then the advisor they assign to me never appears (Lazaro), i have to wait more than 45 minutes .
All of the sudden one employee told me that I was assign to a different advisor (Raiko Gonzalez) , I'm still waiting for him , then I decided to live this dealership , what a shame for Hyundai Customers.

Before you finance anything here, I strongly advise using your own bank and comparing rates. In my experience, reaching someone specific via phone has been challenging to say the least, with unanswered calls, unreturned messages, and endless holds over several weeks.
I decided to purchase my leased Hyundai Elantra here on 4/23. (leased at another dealer a few years back)
To be straightforward, they misled me about their rates. I had a lengthy argument with their finance team and manager, who hilariously to me contradicted each other. Despite being told I received one of the best rates legally allowed by the Federal Reserve, I refinanced with Tresl for 2.5% less than Doral provided and was approved by Chase for 1.8% less. It's not a gimmick. It seems they either lack proper education or prioritize profits over customer benefits like GAP insurance and warranties, service plans instead of making pure profit for them with zero to the customer.
Ronnie, the salesman, was great to deal with. He seemed overworked honestly, but If you do buy here, I recommend reaching out to him. I think he can earn and may deserve the sale if you choose to buy here.
I had my Elantra serviced once here for a recall and had zero complaints! They gave me an Uber home and back to the dealer.
Alain was my finance salesman, and while I have no personal issues towards anyone in the dealer. I feel cheated and hope to prevent others from facing the same. As consumers, we work hard for our money, so please research thoroughly before financing here. It's worthwhile to compare rates from different banks or credit unions to avoid overpaying. This could save you thousands of dollars over your loan term.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle September 1 and upon delivery only received one key. Brought attention to sales rep that the original listing clearly shows 2 keys. Been getting the run around from the day I took delivery as I have yet to receive my second key. Such poor customer service for something that could have been an all around postive experience.

Worst dealership service
I had a problem with my amplifiers and it took 8 months to be solved. The day for the service Roberto was very rude to me! He said that I had to stay in a line with more than 45 cars, even though I had an appointment for 7:30am. Very disorganized! I saw employees screamed to the ladies who work at the cashier, just because they offered them coffee. Do not go to this place. The problem is not Hyundai, it is Doral Hyundai!!! I wish I could talk to the general manager. Yet, nobody in that place knows who he is !!! Incredible the poor service !!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! One star is the minimum that I can select, I wish there was an option to leave a review without selecting stars. In June 2023 it will be a year since I bought a Genesis SUV at this dealer. Of the 3 new cars that I have bought in this country, this has been the most horrible experience I have had, even being a luxury car and expecting the best of services, even being recommended, but the reality was completely the opposite. I have waited a year to do this review because I really do not like to make negative reviews nor do I like to harm others, but when your patience runs out and you feel that you have been deceived and they just played with you like you were a child, then you have nothing to lose and It is fair that the experience be shared so that it does not happen to someone else. I bought this car for the safety it offers and because I was pregnant and needed a more comfortable and suitable car for the baby and myself. They charged me a value much higher than the manufacturer's price without breaking down or explaining the numbers. I realized the other day after I closed the deal with a big down payment when I saw what was left to finance since we left the dealer after 11 pm that day and without the car. We went to the dealer and talked to Nick the day after since he knew that we had been referred and he had taken care of us from the beginning and we told him what the sales representative did, and we told him that if they did not lower that amount, we were not going to take the car. Nick offered to refund us $1000 dollars and to install the tinted windows in the car which we accepted. We took the car that day after his verbal agreement. The window tints on the windows were installed on later but the money was never given to us even though my husband went several times to the dealers. He lost hours and entire days at the dealer waiting for a check that was never given to him. Every time my husband went to the dealer, Nick asked him the same thing, to what address should they send the check, or just wait at the dealer for it to be ready and take it with you and it never arrived, nor did they give it to him. Nick even made a letter signed by him as a record one of those days, but his word was never fulfilled. Once I was able to pay a visit when the baby was ready to take out, I went to visit him personally and he told me that they could not give the money because they changed owners and I told him that this was not a justification for me, we took the car from the dealer under his word and the hope that he could fulfill it. He offered to send us a check every week as if we had referred a client, checks that never arrived. He always asked us for our address, he made excuses, and, in the end, he just dragged this issue out as if one were a child making promises that he never kept. For me, this dealer deceives customers and even steals one's money. I may have lost $1000 dollars, but Nick and this dealer are going to lose their credibility, their word, and their image if they had any.

Worst place ever
It is incredible that having an appointment you arrive 15 minutes early and everyone is talking on the phone or averts their eyes when they pass one after more than half an hour without even hearing a good morning from any of the 17 employees who passed with me (yes, I counted them) I went into the showroom to find a manager or someone to solve the problem, the only thing I found was almost all the vendors and who knows who else, in a room in the showroom that apparently was having a party, back to service, the sales manager appears, another client in a similar situation tells him what is happening and he looks for the service manager, he only gave excuses and always emphasizing that it was not their fault but the clients, at that moment he said that he was going to resolve that I stay next to my car, 10 minutes passed by the service manager locked himself in his office, and no one came, of course a mechanic in bay 3 had been in the same chair for more than half an hour playing in the phone, another mechanic everything he does walking from one place to another, at this point my patience ran out, and I went directly to the first person I saw when I arrived and told her that it had been more than an hour I was trying to get my car serviced and she saw me as I entered early and while she was talking on the phone she didn't say good morning and turned around, i was already tired and that was a lack of education and professionalism, surprise the lady left offended, and began to raise his voice, the thing is that I only have low and high volume, so in a second and with the reason on my part I raised my voice, turned her back on me and told Joshua, me and others clients there already tired and upset and the Service Manager locked in his office (that's a tremendous manager) and I don't know how many employees continued as if nothing had walked from one place to another or talking on the phone, after all this Joshua received the car, hour and half later my car was ready and I pick it up, distrusting when I got home, I checked my car, the oil and filter change was done and they dumped a lot of oil and did not clean it all over the engine cover, the rotation of the tires that says It was not made, because when doing it with wheels that are quite dirty like mine were, your hands would be noticeable and it was not like that. Doral Kendall must be the worst dealer in the country, with a terrible lack of training for employees and managers and zero supervision of the staff because in a few minutes you see a number of people who do nothing that is impressive. I don't know who the owners of the dealer are but they have a serious problem with so many lazy, rude employees, they don't admit their mistakes and the best part they get offended when you speak to them clearly with firmness and with reason. stay away from this place it's the worst.

Mi experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como otras personas. El comercial Rudy fue seco e impreciso con las preguntas que le hice sobre el lease.
Tanto fue así que acabó recomendandome que fuera a Nissan que es donde tenia el anterior lease.
