AWESOME SERVICE
I traveled to gulf shores for a family trip and the first day of my trip my car broke down. I had it towed here and Eastern Shore Hyundai had my alternator replaced in a very timely manner before I was due to go back home and the customer service was impeccable . they called me and kept me informed every step of the way. My service specialist was Cindy and she was very helpful and friendly. if I didn't live 200 miles away I would go here for all of my maintenance.

Service department is a joke. Warranty on these disposable cars is worthless.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Waited 0ver 3 hours and was charged $600 for Labor which actually took 2 hours
I took my Hyundai 2014 in today for service. I was promptly greeted by Cindy and my car went back right away. I was never told my text messages would update me on the status of my vehicle ( #1). So I did not answer right away. When I did, they found 6-7 things they wanted to do to my vehicle which I promptly replied DECLINE- they even told me I had no tread on 4 of my tires and I stopped at my tire dealer on the way home and he said they were absolutely fine. I had over 30,000 miles left on them. When I only replied accept to the problem I came in with, they told me it would take almost 3 hours service. I had already been there 1.5 hours before they even started to work on it. Ended up costing me a whooping $600 for SERVICE which only took them less than 2 hours because I waited 1.5 before they even started, and the two parts were $86.32. So my bill when I left 3 hours after I got there was 732.00. I will never return to this dealership for any type of service on my vehicle. I am sorry, but $600 for 2 hours of labor is absolutely insane.

Service was adequate. No personality with service writer.
( Don't know his name as he never introduced himself). Never saw vehicle,never talked to tech, don't even know what weight oil they recommend.

I assume the oil change was done correctly, but the tire repair was very sloppy. Grease was left on the inside door handle, too much air was put in the tire, and the cap was left off the tire valve.
