windshield wipers
I just happened to stop by to have my windshield wipers replaced. They were very receptive to help me out, even without an appt. The wipers were fixed and I was on my way in about 15 min.

Spoke with Mark. He said he should not have been charged $800 to replace the starter. They needed a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. This business had the only loaner available. He will never patronize this business again.

First of all the repair bill was $$628.73, not $800.00  This included labor to diagnose the problem, the labor to install the starter a rental car and the starter which the actual cost you paid for the starter $269.15.

Lack of communication
I was very disappointed with the service I received. Mainly the lack of communication between the service manager (?) & the towing dept. I was told our vehicle was towed to an authorized Chev dealer only to find a few hours later that it was not. If I had not touched base with this dealer to expect my vehicle I'm not sure how long it would have taken. As it was it did not get delivered until after 4PM. I called the next morning to ask what the delay was & was informed of a "miscommunication". This caused me time & money.

Worse garage ever charged me $1300.00 to bring it to my mechanics garage over an accident I wasn't at fault for. Don't ever bring your vehicle to them they will rip you off ?

I had a flat tire and called AAA
This was first time using AAA. From my call to my flat tire being changed took about 2 hours. I was updated the whole time that I was waiting. Kiyle MacKenzie showed up with a smile and a reassuring professionalism that made feel very comfortable. This young man was outstanding. Thank you Kiyle, I made it home safely. I will look to Entwistles Garage for my future automotive needs.
