Confusion
I took our car into to have it repaired so it could get inspected. When I got the estimate I said what else do I need so it can be inspected. He said that’s it. My understanding was if I had them do the repair then it would pass.
They knew it wouldn’t pass but charged me for the inspection anyway. Now I have an additional bill from another repair shop because they couldn’t fix the exhaust leak. They did reduce the bill some but disappointed in the poor communication

Excellent service
We just moved to the area from Florida. And my car was having issues. I called a couple other local repair shops and they all told me I needed to make an appointment several weeks away. When I called Ferg’s, he was very kind and I was able to drop my car off Immediately. They were quick to do the repairs. And I thought the price was very fair. This is my new repair shop. I am a forever customer.

Inspection
Even though my truck failed this time. They didn’t push for them to do the repairs. They ask if was going to do them or if I wanted a quote. Loved that there was no pressure when I said I’d take care of it. Super professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone that needs an inspection or work done.
