Diagnostic of 2017 Jeep Cherokee Recall Issue
Provided diagnostic info regarding a recall on a jeep model. Because of unavailability of parts from jeep they referred us to pursue service through jeep recall process through an authorized jeep dealer. No charge for looking at issue and providing accurate info for how to proceed with recall through dealer.

World class service
Had my Toyota inspected for front end “issues” post strut replacement by others.
Toyota wanted 5K to fix a lot of suspected FE issues. I had FLASH give it a second opinion.
All looked well and in order. Just break in the new struts and call me in the morning. Thanks for a honest and professional review.

Trustworthy and forthright
I toon my car here per a friend’s recommendation. It was overheating and I was hoping for the best, but it turned out to be a blown head gasket. They were very honest and forthright in their assessment and gave me a fair estimate.
It’s now at a second shop for a second estimate (I always want a second opinion before dropping $5k on a job), but I would totally take it back there to get the work done if the second opinion aligns with theirs.

Helped me out in a tough spot

I bought my 1992 GMC to Flash Automotive because I was having some cooling heating issues. Tyler immediately had it checked.out and was on the phone with me within a few hours and described all the issues with the system,,and,, provided me an estimate on cost. I found Flash about 1 year ago. Since then, they have been our companies go-to mechanic. Their prices are great, I have had zero issues with the service, and it is always completed in a timely manner. Jerry is always communicative with the diagnosis, and prognosis. I would highly recommend Flash Automotive to anyone looking for auto repair service.
