Excellent Experience
I ran over a pipe in the road and was leaking fuel. I tow the car to Christian Brothers in NBTX and they give me a $2,750 bill with the bulk of the cost on parts. I asked them if I bought OEM and if they would do the work, but they declined. They made me tow the car elsewhere. I go to GM's official website to find the parts for a third of the price then CBs and reach out to Frank's Auto Body. Jason called me the next day, cheaper labor than the quote I got from CBs, and ready to do the work ASAP. I've driven the vehicle for over a month now, no issues, just perfect. I spoke with the mechanic who did the work and he was excellent in helping me understand the repair process. I would recommend this company to anyone, It was just a great experience and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of during a difficult time.

The Usual RIPOFF for Women esp Seniors
It's a tale as old as time. I made the appointment specifically for a coolant leak, mileage auto check, & TXinspection. Tried to give me my keys back wo checking for coolant leak. Never asked how I knew I had a leak. Trapped me at the garage for hours and hours for 3 days. No inspection b/c the printer wasn't working, seriously? Lots of promises made and NONE kept. DO NOT use SanMarcos Josh, George or NewBraunfels, Chris, Rueben if you are a white haired light skinned senior. Charged $1K for a simple coolant leak and proposed $6K for collision repair.

I live here, passed by there I don't know how many times, but from the time I walked in there to the time I came back to pick up my truck they made it seem like we were old buddies. Frank's is gonna be my new go to place any time that trucks acts up again.

Should have just went to Auto Zone to get diagnostics for free. Charged us $150 and tried to push many other issues and said it will cost over $3,000. Took it somewhere else and the issue was not as bad as it seemed. Needed up paying $300

Oil pump
I dropped off my Jeep on Tuesday with the expectation it would be ready by Friday. This was not the case after multiple excuses about the mechanic not showing up, 2 weeks later work starts. I am then notified that Franks automotive broke the bolts on the rear crank shaft cover. Of course it was not there fault and I had to cough up another 1200 to pull the transmission. I would not take my vehicle to this shop if it broke down right in front of it.

Totally Disorganized
Scheduled and confirmed my appointment online. Communicated that I would be dropping the vehicle and leaving my keys in the Dropbox. I called around 3pm because I didn’t hear from anybody. They never inspected my vehicle and had trouble locating it. Extremely disappointed with how this was all handled.
