I was introduced to Lisa Albanese at Genesis of Mentor. She was very patient and knowledgeable about every car features and package options. Never felt pressured.
It was such a great experience and I am so happy with my new car.

Purchasing 3 Genesis cars in 9 months
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Genesis of Mentor. We purchased 3 Genesis cars in 9 months because we love the Genesis automobiles. Our sales person, which was the same one for all 3 cars was very knowledgeable of the cars we chose and her dedication to see that we were fully taken care of and fully satisfied and knowledgeable on all the features of each vehicle that we purchased was superb!! We would not hesitate to recommend Genesis of Mentor and our sales person.

Highly Satisfied Customer
We are very satisfied with our new 2023 GV70. Our sales representative went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with all the new technology of todays new car features. C.J. Ughamba is so tech savvy and spent over six hours going over the safety features and convenience features of our new car. Without him we would have spent days reading the owners manual and probably would still be confused! A special thank you to C.J. If you are looking for a new/used car please take the time to find C.J., you will not be disappointed with this brilliant young man.

Another grand-slam homerun sales experience
5 years ago we bought our first Genesis from Classic. The experience was so positive that when I knew my wife was ready for a new car I returned and asked for the same salesperson by name. Sadly, he was unavailable due to illness (these days we APPRECIATE it when sick folks stay home !) but his colleague stepped in without missing a beat and was every bit as knowledgeable and helpful as he had been. Both John and Frank are awesome !

They went above and beyond to find, get and get me in the car I really wanted
The whole staff at Genesis of Mentor was top notch. We bought/ leased a car for my daughter that was within her budget and she was extremely happy. So happpy, that I went and bought another car thru them for myself. Everyone was professional, and really tried to appease us in every way .
