Great staff
Great service. Matt is an excellent salesman, knowledgeable and professional. He comes highly recommended. Genesis of New Bern needs a new building that makes just as big of a statement as it’s vehicles do. Right now….it looks like a Used Car Lot.

Great sales personnel customer service!
Car has technology that is very advanced and kind of intimidating to a new buyer. Fortunately sales personnel very willing to take the extra time to explain & demonstrate all the features / controls.

Great salesman - Great GV80 SUV
The GV80 has so many up-to-date technology features it is intimidating. The sales person/staff have been willing to spend a lot of extra time educating me / ensuring I understand the "settings" and how to use these features. In addition to the initial delivery and instruction, I have been back several times to clarify my understanding. The staff has been very professional and helpful..

Genesis New Bern has excellent customer service
I had the best experience at Genesis of New Bern. I came in twice to test drive a car. The gentleman that helped me came in to work on his day off just so I could do the second test drive. That ultimately led me to buying the vehicle. Could not have been a better experience or had better customer service anywhere else.
