Awesome Teamwork
Amy and Keri-Jo are great as customer service folks ..... they explained the rear brake situation in a way that was clear and easily understood. Just as they got started, Duane found an unforeseen situation in an aging car (2013 with 108K). Keri-Jo got back to me with a couple options Duane mentioned. Even though it took a few extra minutes, he was able to salvage a component and helped me avoid replacing an entire rear wheel bearing. Thank you to all. Well done!

Excellent People
I was stranded in Madison 75 miles from home, with a broken starter motor.
Genin’s let me use a loaner car while they replaced the starter.
The final bill was substantially less than I anticipated.
The staff is AWESOME!! Very pleasant, and patient with my questions.

Efficient, organized, friendly.
Genin’s vehicle inspection found a weak battery, which they subsequently replaced.
No muss, no fuss.

A tire which they sold me picked up a screw in the sidewall.
They went to bat for me and got warranty reimbursement from the tire company district rep!
All good!

My alternator died not too long after a new won was installed.
Genin's replaced a new one for free as the other one was under warranty! They were swamped with work, but managed to have it ready for pick up the very next day!
