Well after that the loan they made us sign , didn’t go through . Mike chino ( the gm) took a verbal and the bank came back and said they needed to shorten the term length. We had to sign papers three different times because of their screw ups and with them having to work on a brand new car twice in less than 30 days of having it which in itself is ridiculous. So in addition to having a defective brand new car, we had to go back and resign new papers for a different loan.
Then the finance guy tried to sell us off on some bs gap coverage that our insurance company has and covers for us for a lot less. This is another one of their scam tactics to make money off of us customers. Same with their extended warranty that comes standard with Hyundai . We dropped the car off to get fixed and whoever they used to fix the door actually made it worse and it was done half assed. So when we got the car back and drove it we noticed the door they allegedly fixed, started peeling away and looked worse than it did before.
They have had the car for a week now and when my husband would call for updates, he wouldn’t get call backs and when Mike finally called him back it was oh we had to order the part and since it’s a new car we have no idea of when will get it in or how long it will take!
Then he calls back and tells him oh well just pop the panel off a new car sitting on the lot and it’s an easy fix for our car that takes like six minutes. Then Mike proceeds to whine about how now he won’t be able to sell said car off the lot cuz they are taking a panel off of it , like that is our problem?!!! Maybe hire people that are actually qualified to fix cars! Mike takes no responsibility at all for what goes on at this dealership! He hasn’t offered to make or do anything right with this nightmare experience and we have now contacted our attorney to handle this ridiculous matter. My husband even asked him what are you going to do to make this right and his response was I gave you a loaner car. He gave us a crappy clown car that smells like fermented old perfume and isn’t even comparable to what we bought. The new car has been in the shop longer than it’s been on the road! No one should have to deal with the bs that goes on here. Not to mention the other cars we have bought from them have had problems with every single one of them. All they do here is lie lie and lie .
Stay away from this dealership and for sure never use their service department. We will never buy from them again and hope others read these reviews and stay away from them!!! I have added a pic of the door on a brand new car!
