Quality Service Completed as Promised
Front Struts, Rear Shocks & Brakes were complted on the day of the scheduled appointment. Work was done as discussed during estimated with inspection of additional related components. No upselling of additional unnecessary parts. Have found Gott's to be a very honest auto service shop.

Kristy said the time it takes for them to get to the vehicle, it takes too long for them to start working on a vehicle. It would be better to add her to a list so she knows when to drop off her vehicle. They were supposed to fix her heat, it still doesn't work so she has to take it back.
