Shouldn't have taken an hour for a simple oil change.
I have been taking my vehicles to Great American Tire in Lindenhurst for over 20 years. I have always had great honest service. I was in last Saturday for a simple oil change, they didn't appear to be super busy but yet it took an hour. This has never happened in the past.

Denese said overall, it was good, but the last time was not so good. She was going to talk to Nicole about it. She had the oxygen sensor replaced at the business, because the light came back on. She didn't want to wait 2 weeks, and took it to another business. They said the work was shoved in there and looked like it was done in a rush. They redid it, and the light did not come back on. She was not crazy about how the business rushed to put it in, it was smashed in there. She does not need that type of rushed service and would rather they take longer to do it right. She is disappointed she had to pay another business $570 to get it done. She likes the business, but is a little upset over the sensor.

Tire Rotation
Great service as usual ! Appointment was for 4 and my van was in the shop at 4 and tires were being rotated. I was out by 4:30. I also go 3 estimates and printed tire decriptions for new tires. Very busy place, and quality of work and promptness is key. They also have a young fella behind the service desk that was very helpful and had EXCELLENT customer service.

Anna said they were very busy and she didn't get a follow up call as quickly as in the past. This visit it was late in day before they got a call. It was nothing against them. Everyone has a bad day. They always do a great job. It was a busy day, they were shorthanded. She thinks they did a great job and she is really pleased with them.
