Don't go there.
My transmission had just starting shifting slower when passing other vehicles on the highway. So I took my car to Hilltop to check the transmission fluid and put a new lightbulb in the headlight. They called that afternoon and said it was ready. The bill was $1300. They said they had to change a bracket on the engine block so it wouldn't rattle anymore. It hadn't rattled before, but it sure did when I got it back. I've since learned that if you replace one, you should replace the other 3 because they are often damaged during the process. They also replaced the right lower ball joint, the speed sensor, and the whole headlight assembly. The headlight still didn't work because it had a loose wire (didn't need the new headlight assembly). The kicker: They said they don't work on transmissions and I'd have to take it to a transmission shop. I had not approved any of these "fixes" and was out $1300. The car hasn't run as smooth since then.

Needed new tires
After checking with other tire shops for new tires on my car, I decided to go with Hillitop and so happy I did! They gave me excellent customer care and I got very good quality tires at a reasonable cost. with a great road hazard warranty package .
I highly recommend Hilltop!

Why I am a customer
I managed to poorly repair my own tire and limped my vehicle into HTS early this morning.

Nobody upsold me on anything I didn't need. The HTS people respected my knowledge and who I was as a long term customer.

My whole bill including an oil change was less than one of the BIG name places would have charged for one tire alone.

If you need to know how to do business and succeed in America you can look to HTS and their competent staff and basic integrity.

suprisingly helpful
Did not think they could really fix the problem with my trailer, but they did create a permant fix and even fixed a bracket on the rig I was hauling just because they wanted to help. John and Doug are way more than just a tire shop. Can't thank them enough!

No heat
No heat called got in next morning ...called me all along the process to ok procedures. Drove home at 5 pm same day. With heat so warm had to shut heat off ?. Very nice staff. And knowledgable techs.

knowledgeable and friendly
I took my car in today because it started making a terrible noise. The took it right in to their shop and found it was something that was loose in the exhaust. They fixed it in ten minutes and didn't even charge me. This was my first time to their shop and I will definitely be back.

Bad people
They are going broke making changes so u as the customer have to spend more things don't get fixed when they do fix them they don't tell u till it's time to pay the holts are Adderall heads they pop pills and run around the shop Doug Holt. Don't do any work at ther shops trust me better ppl and better places to spend ur money

Rescent oil change
As is always the case, I received great customer service. You folks are always helpful and friendly. I also needed to have the vehicle checked for a possible oil leak. The service rep talked to me about it and took me in to look at what was just a slight leak around the uprigtht filter cartridge that was taken care of during the oil change. He also reseated a new headlamp bulb I rescently replaced, that wasn't giving the illumination it should have been, without question. Thanks Hilltop.

Trust Worthy Friendly Service
I have been doing business with Hilltop for many years. While they might not always be the cheapest they always perform top rate service and only do the work that needs to be done. For example my mother was at another service station. They told her she needed a complete brake job. We took her car to Hilltop and they said she had 15 to 20 thousand miles of life left, and since she only drove about 6 thousand miles a year she had plenty of use left. Thanks Hilltop
