Bully manager
These guys can't even do an oil change correctly they have a hard time finding good mechanics they after I had an oil change from them my car leaked oil cuz they didn't even tighten the drain plug they busted the rubber Jack mounts on my car when lifting it to drain the oil just absolutely horrible experience the manager is a bully threatened me with legal action cuz of my honest review I have so many threatening emails from Todd the manager can't believe how these people actpl

CANT EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE..
I brought my E-Class Mercedes in for a simple oil change and these hack mechanics busted off all my Rubber rubber Jack pads causing a bunch of damage on the undercarriage of my car not only that the jackaloon that did the oil change did not tighten the drain plug so my E-Class Mercedes with 60,000 miles was leaking oil for months I had to put a piece of cardboard under my car to determine it was leaking vehicle as I have many vehicles when I reached out to the manager to express my concerns he acted like a tough guy telling me I didn't come in quick enough to complain about it I explained to him that my whole family had covid and my brother-in-law was going through a kidney transplant he didn't seem to care..Todd the manager is a bully he sent me emails threatening to sue me for my honest review I do not recommend any one doing business with these people especially if you're having a German car serviced these hacks have no clue what they're doing
