Above and beyond
The automotive technician found a discrepancy from a former auto shop that had performed the same service. Bringing it my attention. Showed me the fault and I had it corrected.

I was desperate on the weekend and showed up Monday with no appointment; they came through beautifully!
Late Saturday, my "Maintenance: Oil" light began flashing and wouldn't turn off. I thought about trying a drive-thru oil-change place but hoped I could get into Inman on Monday and avoided any driving until early morning.

They were SO comforting and accommodating; giving me a ride home so I could work from there (I'd come prepared to hang out in the lobby) and then gave me a ride back to pick up the newly oil-changed car. Absolutely wonderful service!
