I brought my 3 year old car in for a state inspection which passed. I walked out with $1200 in damages. Somehow they drained my battery while performing the state inspection which lead to trying to just start my car with a charging station that wasn't working properly, managers words. I was never told my battery died nor was I told they attempted to jump start my car. In doing so they managed to fry my battery and immobilization system. They took no blame and simply stated I had no proof they caused the damage. Batteries and immobilization systems don't fry on their own.
