Rear differential
Dropped my truck off Monday morning and picked it up exactly when they said it would be ready. The cost was $200.00 cheaper than what the dealer wanted to charge me. I will use them for all my future repairs. Great people that don’t rip you off.

That's illegal
I called the desk on a Friday to get instructions on how to drop off after hours, I followed those instructions (a hand written note) hoping for a diagnostic of some suspension issues and front brake replacement, but was not contacted by 1pm the next business day. So I called, and was told my car was being looked at right then and I would get a call back shortly, I was not called by the end of the day. The next morning I called again, I was told my car was being repaired and would be done before noon, I asked what work was being done and what the price would be because I hadn't been informed of any issue yet, I was told I would be called right back, I was not called back that day either.
By this point in time I needed to find other transportation because it was still not clear to me what the problem was or how long I would be without a car.
The following day I waited again until noon to be contacted regarding the price and work on my car but was not contacted. I called, I was told work was now finished and it was ready to be picked up for $700 ish dollars, but still not what work had been done. I arrived to pick up the car, the invoice included work on a hub and bearing along with pads for my front brakes but not any information on the suspension issues I had brought it in for. Before pulling the car out of the parking lot I heard the brake pad shield rubbing against my rotor on one side, I asked them to look at it before I left so they took back my car, then every employee disappeared and I couldn’t get anyone who could answer how long I would need to wait. When my car was claimed to be finished again, as I pulled away I realized the brake scraping had been hiding the sound of a new and loud bearing issue.
I did not bring this car in for a bearing, they installed a new bearing, that I didn't need, without asking, then did it wrong. I had to take my car to a different shop because there were too many reasons not to trust this shop.
A tremendously frustrating experience that points to many serious issues with how the business itself is run.
