The Happy Customer
My experience here was top tier. The promptness the care I received was like wow. I work up the road from them at and was going to walk back to work the lady who works the front counter offered to take me back to work she state “No you can’t walk back “ that meant a lot nobody goes above and beyond anymore nowadays and to still find excellent customer service and friendly faces is something that will always be my thing. Thank you Kelley’s Service Center.

Review for Kelly's Service Center for work completed on Thursday March 7, 2025
Mr. George Kelley and his mechanics are Automotive Scientists in every sense of the word. I was coming from an estimate of $5, 777.00 plus tax that was given by Son's KIA in Montgomery to change out both catalytic converters, which had already been replaced by Brewbaker KIA in November of 2017. George Kelley and his technicians hooked up a lap top to the port for the computer on my 2007 KIA SEDONA Van and let the van run and watched the behaviors of everything. The #3 cyllinder was misfiring and the fans were only coming on intermittently. I had towed the van in to be safe. They continued to analyze everything and replaced the fans and replaced one of the 6 coils that was faulty and causing the #3 cyllinder to misfire. There was absolutely nothing wrong with either of the catalytic converters. The total cost for me at Kelley's Service Center was $1500.00 and change. Alot better than paying Son's KIA to replace the catalytic converters for $5,777 plus tax even though they were working fine. I bought my van new from Brewbaker KIA and always had everything done there. Since Son's KIA took over, things have steadily deteriorated until now I can't trust them at all. So I am switching over to Kelley's Service Center for everything from now on.

Fast and friendly service
Kelly’s is dependable and fast. I know when I call with a problem it’s going to be repaired in a reasonable amount of time and I’m back on the road. It’s often hard to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics but these guys are the real deal. I recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic service
I had a really bad electrical problem with my 2011 Ford F150 truck and George and Mike did a Fantastic Job of fixing my truck. Great experience and friendly service. I highly recommend and thanks again for fixing a very difficult electrical problem.
