Great as slways
My experience was great as always. Thank you for the extra care of cleaning and filling my gas tank before I picked it up. This time of year the pollen covers everything. Thank you for wiping my dash , vacuuming my trunk and polishing my motor. The car runs and drives brand new!

Kempsville Auto is just the "Go To" Place for your vehicle. Honest people, HONEST pricing, and as fast as they can take care of you. Honestly, I don't go anywhere else. I enjoy contributing to our "LOCAL" owned business and people. And you can easily see how many of our neighbors do too. Great Service, ALWAYS. I don't go anywhere else.

Made me feel like ‘family’!
I have to admit that in the past every time I visited an Auto Repair place, I felt more like I was there for a colonoscopy, than auto service. But that is not the case anymore. From the very first moment of contact I found the people at Kempsville Auto Care Center an absolute delight from start to finish. Two things were absolute standouts in my mind. First, their communication with me regarding the status of my repair and the estimate of pick up time was spot on. The second was the price. My jaw dropped when I saw how reasonable the charges were, especially when I was used to paying almost 3 times as much at other places in the past. I cannot recommend them more highly. I am confident that you will receive the same excellent treatment and service as did I.

State Inspection
As usual, the folks at Kempsville Auto Care did a great job in getting me in and out with a positive state inspection. Vicky runs a tight ship and the mechanics are very professional.

Flat Tire
I had a flat tire at 10pm on a rainy night in Norfolk and had to call AAA to tow my van. I didn't feel safe putting my spare tire on and driving to Virginia Beach. AAA dropped my van off at Kempsville Auto and the next morning I talked with Vicky the manager and she had a new tire put on. She even had a mechanic pick me up at my house so I could get my van.I have used them for 20 years and wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Mike, Vicky and the mechanics are honest, fair, knowledgeable and fun to be around!
