Car inspection of my 2017 Audi Q3 in February 2024.
I came in Feb to get my 2017 Audi Q3 inspected. It typically costs about $38.
I was told that I needed replacement windshield wipers which I agreed to.
When I came to pick up the car the cost was about $200. I was charged not only for the cost of the wipers but also a labor charge presumably to have them installed.
I have owned cars for 50 years and don’t recall ever being charged for the wipers and then charged for the labor. It takes 5 minutes to install wipers.
I have used this garage periodically for over ten years so it was extremely disappointing for this to happen. Not likely to return.

AMAZING service!
These guys are on top of everything. Every time I bring my car for service, they always take great care of my car. Abu is an amazing guy!! He always goes above and beyond. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my vehicle here. I highly recommend this place!

Had car in for NYS INSPECTION
Inspection done. They also checked everything else and took care of what had to be done. They are able to take me home when I bring the car in for service and pick me up when it is finished. Very convenient.

Not just a service center
I had the greatest experience of my entire life. Not only did Lambros Service Center fix my car, but they also cooked dinner for my entire family, helped plan an upcoming vacation, gave sound retirement advice, came to my residence to weed my garden and also gave me great fashion tips for my son’s wedding.
