BROKEN PROMISES
I purchased a Toyota Highlander on May 3, 2021 and the vehicle only had one key and the dealership gave me a IOU for a new key and told me to go to my local Toyota dealer and order a new key and send them the paid invoice and they would refund me for the key. I went to my local dealer on May 4, 2021 and had a new key made, paid for it and on May 5, 2021 I mailed a cover letter, a copy of the IOU and a copy of the invoice. After several weeks no response I called the dealership and was told they couldn't find my letter and requested I fax it to them and I did. Still no refund so I called again and again and even faxed the invoice attention the general manager and still no refund. I cannot believe they would be so dishonest.
