Manager on phone
I recently was looking into possibly buying a new vehicle. I also had to get my vehicle serviced while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I overheard the manager walking through the dealership on his phone complaining about an employee. He just had to fire. It was very unprofessional and it sounded like he took no ownership and the fact that this employee was possibly not properly trained.

Beware of Up North Truck and Tire.
The tires I selected didn't arrive at the said time. I was offered a different style. I was not told the the price difference. I feel I was taken advantage of by a bait and switch. The difference in price was near $500.00. The fact i never seen the tires that were ordered makes me wonder if the were ordered. I will NOT recommend nor will I use t UP North Tire again.
