400 miles from home and needed tire fixed
Found a nail in my tire and was hoping to find a shop that would repair it without having to wait days for an appointment. A shop that would simply "fix a tire" not turn it into something overly difficult. These guys took care of my tire in 15 minutes and could not have been nicer. Charge for fix was more than fair!

Shoddy workmanship
Went in for a rim swap and oil change, asked them to pull a nail out of my tire and showed them the nail, got home after waiting 3.5 hours to find the nail still in my tire after 2 different employees told me that "they personally removed the nail" their tire machine caused a lot of damage to two of the rims but they claim that the new deep gouges along the edge of the rim where their machine would grip it came from a curb. The rims looked like someone dropped them on the concrete. After addressing this with the owner she effectively told me that I was making it all up and I should go pack sand. I will never be returning here and neither will anyone I know.

James said this business overcharged him. He said he had no problems with the staff, that what they did fix they fixed it well. He said they didn't complete the service and he can't drive his vehicle at this time. He said they're wonderful, polite and friendly.
