Buyer beware – do not trust this dealership.
I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase. I've never had to return a brand-new vehicle until now. The finance director engaged in deceptive practices, including outright lies and a complete lack of transparency. I was coerced into purchasing gap insurance under the false pretense that it was required for my loan terms. The service contract was also misrepresented, advertised as 10 years but actually only 3. To add insult to injury, my $50,000 vehicle, fresh off the delivery truck, arrived with a service warning and the need for immediate repairs. This experience has been incredibly stressful and costly.

Operates like a facade
Came to this location to get my engine inspected. I already knew my check engine light was on because of the catalytic converter. They put a quick scan on it and said “yeah we know the engine is bad and the oil & piston rings are terrible but cannot fix it because your catalytic converter is bad” what type of mess is that! There whole motive was to get me to pay the DIAGNOSTIC which was over $220 just to not fix it. All of this time wasted for me in about 3 or more hours. I personally do not like Hyundai anymore & prime example of why people rather mobile mechanics over dealerships. The new employee helping me was kind but the manager tried to convince me that I wasn’t servicing my vehicle that’s why it functions terribly. So he ran the CARFAX and noticed I serviced the car almost double the amount he “assumed” instead of just mentioning the GDI engine is just terrible! In fact one employee even mentioned to me that if I would have brought the vehicle in years ago or without the check engine light on they could probably give me a new engine, but lately they said Hyundai has been making it harder to replace engines for customers, how shameful. Either way, be cautious of dealerships like this and how they come across waisting time & money.

Run run fast away from this place
Worst service department ever, brought my 2023 Elantra Hybrid in for its 15k mile service, had an appointment at 11:40 am, and I didn’t pick up my car until after 5:10pm after being told it would only take 2 hours. Over 4 hours to get my car serviced….for a simple oil change and 15k mile service….over 4 hours!!!!! Word of advice run, run fast like your life depends on it from this dealership and take your car to a different Hyundai dealership in the orlando area that values customers time, otherwise be prepared to wait ALL Day at this disgusting, time wasting dealership and their even more disgusting, disrespectful, pathetic, service department.

I would rather have my Hyundai fall apart with the tires fall off and the engine blow up than come back to this place. I wouldn’t even send my mother to this dealership…and I hate my mother. Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Awful service department

Terrible dealership
This has to be the worst dealership in Orlando. First
This has to be the worst dealership in Orlando. First they sold me a car when I was under a tremendous amount of stress due to loosing my apartment and truck in hurricane Ian. I asked to return it the next day and they said no. Then I took it in for service because I have been having issues since I bought it and they will not replace the tail light harness that has several cuts in it. I am just very disappointed I am being treated like this since I am a repeat customer. I had 4 relatives ready to come here and buy a Car and I told them to go somewhere else. All I want is for them to make this right.

They overprice the vehicle on you quote, if you finally make a deal with the, but they find someone alse who pay more for the same car you will lose you deal, guarantee
Bad service, I made a deal for a Palisade White xrt for $52,454.92 and the next day they call me and tell me 5 minutes before arriving that they sold it to another client, Manager Victor Mercado. Then they offer me other colors, they wasted my time, but in the end I got it cheaper and AWD. wretched.

Buying A Genesis G80
First time to this dealership. Did not make appointment but immediately introduced to Donnie. I had targeted a 2016 Genesis G80 from the internet. And, in summary I purchased the vehicle. Donnie was the best. Liked him as soon as we started the interaction. He demonstrated and explained the vehicle and patiently allowed me to examine certain areas of the vehicle. ALL my questions were answered completely. Issues were addressed honestly, and I appreciated this. We eventually agreed on a price. Returned the next day and Donnie was terrific. Once all was said and done, Donnie then took considerable time explaining the different features before we left the lot. Never had I experienced this before. But I sure appreciated the tutorial as I was more competent to drive this particular vehicle. I felt that Donnie was looking out for my welfare rather than selling a car. Look, I recommend this dealership, but I highly recommend getting Donnie as your associate. If you want honesty/ concern etc, then he is your " go to" guy. He will take you from A to Z. I also strongly feel that he should be Genesis certified. I am very grateful for the experience at your dealership and very pleased with the Genesis.
