I trust Parker
My Forester is 17 years old and 214,000 miles. I drive 105 miles for their service as I trust no one else. Had a leak on windshield. Husband tried local body shop. Two trips later still leaking. Brought to my Parker. A simple blow out of drain tubes on sunroof and we are good again. Got oil change too.
Always service with a smile and once again, car ready before the estimated time!

Parker does a great job of providing a positive service experience. They have the best waiting lounge of any dealership that I have been to. Their courtesy shuttle brought me to a local restaurant, returned me to the dealership and my car was ready to go. All employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer an excellent "before and after the purchase" experience.

My service technician, Aden was very helpful, he answered all my questions in a way I was able to understand what he was saying. He also sold me 4 brand new tires, pictures revealed my tires were almost bald on the inside of each tires...I wrote his supervisor telling him what a great job Aden did with and for me. I even told him Aden needs a raise, he is quite an asset to the dealership~
