I just want to say as a first time customer Mr. Ivan, Robert & Alex were very professional, great customer service. With an exceptional knowledge about mechanics will go deep into solving your vehicle issues, with fair prices great source of your parts. The waiting area ambiance has coffee, water TV while you wait for your car/van/truck to be fixed I highly recommend taking your vehicle at Patriot Auto care on commercial blvd.

Great Experience
Jefferey Valdez was very knowledgeable, competent, & genial. He inspired confidence & explained what was wrong so I understood the issue & then he solved the problem. Everything went easily & smoothly & I was very impressed with the excellent service & the personal care I received from start to finish.

Had a terrible experience recently, took my vehicle for regular service, end up spending almost 200 for oil change, 5 days after my car started having issues. Service light came on, personally I don’t think the guys there are qualified to work on foreign car, I found out afterwards the business was sold, a bunch of Spanish guys not certified in mechanics.

Don't do major repair work there, only oil changes and tire changes
I learned a very expensive lesson. Don't let anyone other than your manufacturer service your engine and electronic components.

Jeffrey at Patriot is either incompetent or a con artist.

I took my Nissan 370Z in there for service when it broke down bc I had always been getting my oil changes and tire changes done there and they were fine with that. But they can't handle serious repair work. Every time I spoke to them, they said they needed another day to fix it and more money. At first it was $1,100, then it was $1,800, then $2,400, and then after they had it for a week and they still couldn't fix it they said I should do all this service to my entire engine and it would cost $4,700.

At that point, I was on the hook for $2,400, and according to the mechanic's lien laws, I had to pay it or they would own my vehicle after 30 days. So I paid it and took my broken car to Nissan.

Nissan was great. They fixed my car in 2 hours for only $400. Not the $2,300 more that Patriot was trying to scam out of me.

When I looked at the service description done by Nissan, I saw that Patriot had already charged me for the exact same work! I went back to Patriot and demanded that they pay my Nissan bill.

Jeffrey kept giving me the runaround. He said I was entitled to the refund and then he'd have a check for me the next. The next day I come, and he says corporate still hasn't approved it, and to come back the next day again. I went back 3 times and never got a penny back.

DON'T TRUST THEM.

No stars to them !
I have never been treated as bad as these people did, they wanted to charge us 146$ for looking at the car because they removed the tray from underneath and the plastic cover of the motor ... also they said that my tensioner bolt (located on the front of the engine) broke because I have an oil leak in the back of the engine??? Worst place ever to take a car and prices are ridiculous !!!

Garbage!
Went in 3 months ago to have my AC fixed. I've had to take it back 3 times since because it kept breaking. On the 3rd time I took it back I was advised by JEFF the manager that he would pay for my uber rides to work til my car gets fixed. 130$ in uber rides later and I was never reimbursed. He said he gave me a free oil change instead and will not be reimbursing me. I would have never agreed for these people to mess with another part of my car when the original issue wasn't even fixed properly. When I picked my car up for the for the 3rd time I noticed my horn didnt work and either did my headlights. after i came home my car wouldn't even START, took it back yet AGAIN and said it was the battery. Got a new battery. Rep at tires plus even asked if Patriot knew what they were doing...WOW. Still having issues with the car starting. Within 1 week I have already had to get 4 jumps for my car to start. Horn still doesnt work, and the lights dont work either. These "professionals" have yet to fix this. I'm out almost $1,000. If you want to receive shoddy work take ur car in to "fix" something minor and have your car not start go here! Manager is a liar! Zero stars. If dont get a reply within 48 hours I will be doing a chargeback. Im done with this bullshit. I will be on social media sharing my horrible experience with Patriot. Thanks for nothing!

Professionals with Integrity
Brought my 97' F250 in for a new water pump and fan clutch to go with my new radiator. Needed it back the next morning to attend an important meeting. As sometimes happens, the tech working on it had a hard time getting the old pump out. When it finally let loose it caused him to slip on his ladder and the pump poked a hole in the new radiator. A less reputable shop would have plugged the hole and not said a word. Not Patriot. The manager, Mike and his cousin Ivan, took ownership of the mistake and pulled out all the stops to make it right. The tech stayed late to get things ready and came in early the next morning to install the new radiator they had delivered in the morning. I was back on the road as promised and my truck is running great. Can't recommend them highly enough. Professional integrity is rare these days, but these guys really have it. I would tell anyone to use these guys. They do great work and are people you can trust with your vehicle. Thank you guys for showing me there are still great people and businesses around today.
