Pleasantly satisfied
I always have issues going to other shops and being treated like I'm stupid and being taken for a ride when it comes to my wallet.
This is the only shop my friend trusts and I trust them too. Very polite..very smart .. very reliable . Amazing work !

I’ve been going to performance Auto Ctr. for years now, so does my family couldn’t ask for a better mechanic he is very thorough. He explains everything and he doesn’t surprise you with a big bill. He let’s you know before hand what he thinks you should do first that’s important. He is an awesome guy. Never had any issues and I will keep on going back. Thank you for being a good guy.

I recently purchased a used Subaru and had the check engine light come on. Mike took longer than the estimated time however, came back with answers even though Subarus are not his specialty and gave me feedback for cheap fixes and did not accept maintenance on the car I knew that has to be done due to lack of intimate knowledge of Subaru. That takes integrity and humility. If I didn't own a Subaru he would be my go to mechanic.

First time customer
I called the shop to see if they could get my car in ASAP be ause of a issue with my breaks. Not only was I able to bring my.car to them the next, the mechanic also.looked at a few other things I had questions about. Before any work was done, I was given a call, explained to in detail what exactly was wrong and the price for the parts and labor. Nothing changed upon picking up the vehicle.

The two gentlemen I spoke with were very professional, knowledgeable and they got the job done quickly, efficiently and properly.

I will be returning in the future for more work as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Best vehicle maintenance shop in Massachusetts, hands down!
Myself and my family have been long time customers. Mike is a great mechanic, very knowledgeable, and best of all honest! Won’t nickel and dime you, fixes what your issue is and if he can’t or for whatever reason isn’t able to do it will let you know. If theres something else found during services Mike will let you know he can fix it but if it’s something that doesn’t need to be fixed right away he’ll tell you, “save up some money and bring it back I’ll fix it”. As busy as they’ve been I’ve never had an issue getting services done (might take a little longer) but I’d definitely want services done correctly and accurately before just getting a rushed job. Very professional and anyone who says otherwise doesn’t truly value their vehicles!
