Time for another shop
You provide the best service at a reasonable price. As a 20 yr customer I trust your opinion and service completely. The only negative is how busy you are. I think the trust that you have built with the community will support another shop. Go for it!!!

Excellent service and integrity
I recently had new tires installed by this company. Shortly after, I had a tire pressure measurement sensing (TPMS) fault. I verified the tire pressures were good and tried to dash-reset the TPMS system, but the car threw the fault a day later. I scheduled an appointment. They tested the system again, reset, and everything was fine, no charge. Wow, what integrity in today's auto repair world!

Battery Replacement
Received outstanding service from a number of people involved with the replacement of my battery.
Biaggio clearly presented all options and his solution exceeded my expectations. Also, there was a minor problem in picking up the vehicle and at that point, Brad, a seasoned mechanic remedied to the situation very professionally. I’ve been using Piedmont for over 12 years and they have never disappointed.

Great timely work. Kept me up to date with progress.
I went in for a coolant leak. The staff there was really welcoming and took care of the work. They met all timelines that they talked about (by when they’d diagnose and by when they’ll finish the work).
