Excellent service for a difficult diagnosis
Brought my car in for a difficult diagnosis of nebulous issue of “bad gas mileage”. They fully inspected my car, took pictures to show what was found, and provided a solid diagnosis. They even put a camera scope in my engine to look at my pistons. Other shops (3 in total), particularly the Toyota dealer, were unable to spend more than 5 minutes to identify the problem. It turns out that 75% of the problem was with driving habits, and not the car. They could have easily thrown in expensive repair at me and I wouldn’t have blinked twice. Very honest, thorough and efficient. Don’t know why I would ever go anywhere else. I highly recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else.

This is a neighborhood shop where you can send you mother.

Annual PA State Inspection
For the SRX annual state inspection, it needed two new control arms. Pikes Peak worked with Car Shield to get approval on the warranty coverage and still was able to have my car back the same day.
