Great people
This is our third major service with Pioneer. They really seem like competent people, doing the work right, and for the price they quoted. They even washed my van, which is a nice touch. They are definitely our go-to mechanics now.

Honest and Reliable
My truck is incredibly sentimental to me, as I inherited it from my father. It is hard for me to trust it in the hands of others to have work done on it. I am so grateful to have found Pioneer Automotive and their team. They’ve all been so kind and they’ve done wonderful work. I will always take my truck back here when it needs work!

I’ve been a customer with Pioneer Auto for over 10 years!
I’ve had 4 of my vehicles worked on my Jeep, and 3 Toyotas. Always feels like family! Even the dog knows me. They are wonderful people and great technicians! They have my support and business for all my vehicle needs.

Friendly greeting atmosphere upon arrival.
I am very happy with Pioneer Automotive and whenever I take my vehicles there to be serviced. After the routine maintenance service, they always give advice of future needs to have done. That helps alot to prepare for upcoming maintenance that will be needed to be done to keep my vehiciles in good shape( :

Jennifer said they are great. Every time she goes in there they are really helpful, very nice. They allowed her to leave her vehicle there for 3 days. She has never had any problems with them, she really enjoys going there.

New to us Ford Transit service
We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for over 6 years (that is a record for one auto service company) and with this new vehicle the service was the usual high standard. I thought the oil change would be expensive but it was as reasonable as our other vehicles. Pioneer has been straightforward since day one!
